The hotel was lovely, loved sea view from our double room. The service was friendly, the staff were exceptionally nice and friendly. There were extremely comfy beds and central heating, a coffee/tea maker and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels inside the room...

The staff was excellent, the room was neat, everything was very comfortable. Its location was unbeatable and excellent, on the bay, and in a lovely area. I visited Merchant Bar a short walk to the venue for a few drinks.

The location was absolutely perfect and lovely, just a pleasant stroll away from Loch Portree. Very amiable and excellent staff who were always there to help. We stayed in a neat king room with a big comfy bed, an amazing view, great views.

Limited parking availability was frustrating!!! More TV channels could enhance the experience!!! The need for dining reservations ahead of time is inconvenient!!!

Amazing hospitality was nice, while the breakfast assortment was a good start to our mornings. The amazing views over the harbor proved to be a fine backdrop .

Limited parking options might require planning ahead. The walk from the parking area could be a slight inconvenience for those with mobility challenges.

Each morning, the breakfast options were thoughtfully curated, offering an array of international dishes that delighted the taste buds. More entertainment options in the room could have enriched our experience during downtime.

The view from the double room with sea view was amazin, and the room itself was super cozy and clean. Breakfast was delish, with options that felt homey. Our hosts were warm. There was free whisky in the hallway for everyone, a cool touch!

The wifi was kinda spotty at times. The parking spaces were limited and hard to find sometimes.

Fine views and a cozy vibe

The room was beautifully decorated and even had a little fridge, a nice touch. I especially appreciated the option to choose my full Scottish breakfast the night before, avoiding any food waste. My only minor issue was that the shower felt a bit small, but everything else made up for it.
